RESERVATION POLICY

Welcome in our wine-champagne bar “SPARKLING SUNSET OIA”, located almost next to the most famous and most photographed landmarks on the island – Oia’s Windmill & St Catherine church of 16th century – few steps away of the resort FANARI VILLAS. You have already strolled around in our picturesque paths of the village and admired its unique architecture.

OPERATING HOURS

Daily from 14:00 - 23:00

SITTING AREAS

Our bar has outdoor and indoor sitting areas. The outdoor space has open air sea and sunset circle view.

As we have limited space all guests are expected to sit in the pointed area and table.

DRESS CODE

Dress code is elegant smart casual; kindly refrain from wearing flip flops during sunset time. Any guest that does not meet the dress code requirements may be refused entry.

SPECIAL OCCASIONS

Please tell us if you are celebrating any special occasion such as a wedding proposal when you make your reservation, and our team will create a memorable moment for you, advising of options & costs (flowers, balloons or celebration cake can be arranged).

All guests wishing to make a reservation must be willing to provide their authentic personal information, such as:

  ● full name
  ● location of staying
  ● email address
  ● personal contact number (preferably mobile one)
  ● credit/debit card details, in written

We accept private use of the entire premises for up to 30 guests, upon special agreement.

TIP NOTE

We would like to inform you that we always book a table and advise our clients to be early enough as in our area hectic traffic prevails especially around sunset time (even if you are walking or driving) and you can be easily stuck for a long time.

Arriving earlier, you will have the time to enjoy all the colors of the sunset circle and to be relaxed as well.

CHILD POLICY

Please note that we welcome young guests as well but we request special parental care.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS

It is suggestable and more than welcome an information concerning any dietary restrictions (allergies or nutritional problems). Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when making your reservation.

CORKAGE

We offer a wide selection of drinks. Please note that we do not permit guests to bring/consume any drink except those purchased from the bar.

MOBILE PHONE – Wi-Fi

Mobile phone use is allowed but no SKYPE or VIBER or any other air-live phone meetings, trying to keep the serene atmosphere and respecting all our guests.

PHOTOSHOOTING

If you wish, we may assist you in taking memorable photos without wondering between tables and without interrupting views by respecting your neighboring guests.

FINANCIAL

All credit cards are accepted, except AMEX, Union Pay & Diners.
Prices and menus are subject to change without notice.

There is a minimum consumption demand of 30,00 euro per person.

Due to high demand and very limited number of tables, a non-refundable deposit fee of 30,00 euro per person is needed. This amount has to be paid in advance through credit/debit card (a credit card form will be sent to be filled in).

Except from securing your table’s reservation by this deposit, you secure the permission to use our private open air parking lot, which is located within 3 minutes walking distance from our Bar. Entry request is placed by calling +30 22860 71008 and mentioning that you are a guest of ‘Sparkling Sunset Oia’.

The deposit will be kept in case of non-show or untimely. Failure to receive card approval will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your consumption.

In case you are not able to honor the made reservation or if you wish to amend it or to adjust the number of participating guests, you are kindly request to notify us either by phone +22860 71412 or by email info@sparklingsunsetoia.gr not later than 24 hours prior to your reservation time.

One day prior to your booking we will contact you by a telephone or email or SMS to confirm your attendance.

LATE ARRIVALS

We understand that unexpected events do occur. If your party is running late, please let us know as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you and your guests.

Reservations will be held strictly only for 15 minutes, in order to maintain a consistent high-quality level service treatment for our guests and for having tables released for other walk-in’s guests. This term is subject to change pending on demand or availability.

Guests arriving later than 15 minutes after the booking time, may be placed on a waiting list for the next available table, upon availability.

GIFT CARDS

If you would like to give someone the gift of experiencing our wine-champagne bar “SPARKLING SUNSET OIA”, you may order an electronic gift card. Please feel free to contact us for more information.

NOTE

We reserve the right to modify, add, change the content or recipes as well as the prices, whenever we deem it necessary and without prior notice. For any confirmed booking in force the agreed: menu and prices and will apply and honored.
